"I'm sorry" sharon said visibly disturbed and left
the room. 'tumhara pyaar ne mujhe badal gaya...abh mein wahi Sharon hoon jisse
log darthe the" she thought walking aimlessly. She thought about their
moments spent together in love. Tears welled up as she pictured him. She found
herself next to lake and Swayam's silhouette in the moonlight, thinking it was
the trick of her imagination. He seemed broken. It looked like he was trying to
hold the the broken pieces of himself together except there no glue...there was
no sharon and no rey. He had shattered once and for all. "Kyun ye sab mere
saath ho rahah hai?" he said looking at the moon. "Tumhe pata hai?
The world thinks you're beautiful, par agar Sharon yahan hoti tho usse zyada
khoobsurat koi nahi hogi...kash wo yahan hoti mere pass" he said aloud,
pain cracking his voice as he spoke to the moon which looked so big and pure.
Sharon still thought it was her imagination doing wonders for her. It wasn't
until Swayam turned around and saw her did she realize it was real. He really
was here. He gave her a long brooding glance and left. She broke down on the
spot and cried her heart out.
The next day rose bright and fresh. The D3 gang assembled at
the waiting area and wondered what task awaited them. "Ok guys! So finally
we're down to the last step to success, the final challenge!" VP sir
announced. "Ye final task mein aap logon bahot maza bhi aayega, aur dimag
bhi chalna padega...challenge ye hai ki team se 2 log ki feet will be tied
together and together they need to skate through the maze, meanwhile the rest
of the team should prepare to skip as fast as possible. The two people have
been selected for each group" the VP explained the challenge. "Bahar
aate hi, the two people need to join the rest of the group in skipping to the
finish line, after tying the rest of the team together. Now the two people for
group A is Swayam and Sharon ; group B Keshav and kiya and group C Rahul and
Ria. So shuru kare?" the VP asked. Swayam and Sharon looked at each other
doubtfully. Rey smirked at his plan. And before they knew it they faced the
entrance to the maze, one of their legs tied to the other's leg at the ankle.
The whistle blew and they started to skate forward, in sync until they entered
the maze. "Mujhe lag raha hai ki hume is taraf Jana hai..." Swayam
and sharon said pointing to opposite directions. "Ok that way" they
said pointing in their directions and tried to skate their way, in the process
falling on top of each other. They shared an eyelock as they struggled to get
to their feet. Swayam who lay with sharon on his chest was reminded of the time
when she'd lain across his chest in a somewhat similar manner during their
camping date. His face faltered a bit on seeing which she understood a pain
glistened in her eyes. Swayam gestured her to pause as she struggled hard to
get to her feet. He rolled her gently onto the ground keeping his arm as a
protection for her head. Now they were in such a position where Sharon's head
rested on Swayam's arm and he was on top of her. He rolled onto his back and
Sharon automatically laid out her hand for him. Their backs resting on the hard
ground and the heads on each others arms, Swayam gestured 1,2,3 at which they
pushed themselves off the ground and sat. Slowly and steadily while holding
hands they got of the ground and stood a but shakily on their skates, like the
time they'd done their skate dance routine. To skate smoothly they stood in
such a way that their arms were around each other so as to use their tied legs
as one leg. Swayam wrapped his arm around Sharon's waist, and she wrapped her
arm around his. Slowly and steadily they
made their way through the maze. It wasn't a particularly complicated one, but
it was pretty confusing. There were some paths which were very narrow whence
Swayam had to lift Sharon and skate. He could skate, but the proximity affected
him. Everytime they touched she would look at him, her eyes full of resentment,
her eyes pleaded "come back" while his eyes reflected hurt. She had a
strong urge to rest her head in the crook of his neck, to bury herself in him
just like she after the rain dance. She'd felt so complete then, but what had
happened now? What happened to them? Their beautiful relationship? Their
intense love? The intense love still reflected in what they did...but their
relationship...and them...they were broken. A world that had seemed perfect and
surreal, lay broken and shattered.
They came out of the maze and for a few minutes were the
first ones to come out. The gang was ready with their skipping rope.
"hurry up guys" they yelled. They skated over quickly and removed the
skates. They held on to each other as
they skipped. Once or twice Sharon faltered and almost fell bringing Swayam
also down with her and if it weren't for Swayam's presence of mind they would
have hurt themselves. By now Swayam and sharon were literally hugging each
other, so that they could skip as one. She lost her senses as he hugged her.
Feeling his warmth, his arms around her she felt safe and secure. Swayam was in
a no better state. He kept thinking about their moments, the fight and
everything related to it. But she in his arms felt so right that he wished time
would freeze them in that moment. No past to hurt them, no future to be wary
of. Only the present that seemed perfect. They jumped together and kept
skipping until they reached the finish line. "Yeah! Wooo hooo!!" the
team yelled and getting out of the ropes tying their legs together they hugged
each other and hi fied each other yelling with victory. Swayam and Sharon broke
apart quickly and tried to walk away, and fell down on top of each other again.
They'd forgotten the rope that still bound them together. As they shared an
eyelock with the gang dancing around them, Sharon struggled to get off. Swayam
repeated what they'd done in the maze and untangled them from the ropes.
"Ok guys! As a reward you get to be the cultural team and host the ganesh
mahaotsav that's gonna take place in our college!!" the VP sir announced.
"Woooah" the gang cheered and yelled in unison.
*Fast forward to yesterdays episode coz that swaron scene
couldn't be excelled*
"Ganpathi bappa? Maurya!!" the gang cheered and
left the canteen to start the ganesh mahotsav. "Please ganpati bappa, mere
saath dijiye" rey sent a silent prayer. "Ganpathi bappa?" Rey
yelled into the microphone. "Maurya" the crowd yelled back.
"Wow, aap sab josh mein hai! Welcome to st.louis ppl, I'll be your host
for the day and without further ada shru kare?" the crowd cheered him on.
"Well that's good abh hum shuru thoda hatke karenge, kicking it off with
an impromptu dance!" rey announced. Sharon and Swayam stood in the crowd
as per Rey's instructions. "Agar Swayam aur aashi ke dance hoga tho kaise
lagega na?" Vicky said teasing him. Sharon who was on the same line heard
it and was hurt. "Ok rules of the dance, spotlight kise choose kar rahe
hain, wo dono stage pe aake dance karege, and no refusal! Kyunki aap ache
dqnver ho ya bura, hum aapko nahi chodenge" rey blabbered into the mike.
"Impromptu impromptu" the crowd cheered. "Ok so spotlight
search!" rey instructed. The white light skimmed the crowd and finally
fell on Swayam and Sharon. As the crowd moved away to see who the two people
were, the two people were surprised themselves. They turned to look at each
other and their face twisted. "Tu?" they both yelled in shock.
"Tumhare saath mein dance nahi karungi" Sharon said and turned her
back on him. "Agar chaho bhi mein tumbare saaath dance nahi karunga"
Swayam said turning away. The crowd would hear none of it. "And its the
sensational couple themselves, give it up guys for swaron!!" rey yelled
into the mike. "Sharon Sharon" the boys cheered "Swayam
Swayam" th girls cheered. Somewhere in the middle people chanted
"Swaron Swaron". Having no choice they glared at each other and
stormed off in opposite directions to the changing rooms. Swayam had to go by
the stage and Rey caught up with him. "Mein tumhe kabhi maaf nahi
karunga" he said. "arrey yaar, tune mere liye kiya tha last
time...aur mein iss baar return kar raha tha" rey said. "Accha, jab
tumbe patha hai ki mere aur Sharon ke beech things are not fine" Swayam
said. "Abhay how was I supposed to know ki the spotlight was gonna choose
you?" Rey asked. "Really?" Swayam asked raising his eyebrows.
"Chodo usse, mujhe ye batao, kya tum abh bhi sharon se pyaar karte
ho?" Rey asked. Swayam sighed, "Wo tho marte dum thak karunga
yaar" "Tho ye tumhe help karega, Sharon ko patane mein" rey said
excitedly. "Already pattaya" Swayam replied. "tho manao
usse" rey said. "Manaunga, par iss baar wo mujhe manana hai mein usse
nahi..." Swayam said. "Achaa...mujhe ye tho batao, kya sach mein
tumbara aur sharon ka break up Hui?" rey asked. "Meine aaj subah hi
bataya na? Technically nahi...meine kuch nahi kaha break up me baare mein"
Swayam replied a bit exasperated. The crowd was still cheering madly.
"Sach mein Swayam?" a girl's voice rang through the walkie talkie.
"Sh...sharon?" Swayam replied shocked and looked at rey who gave him
a smirk.
